Within this role you will be responsible for gathering data to analyze root cause, understand processes, and generating insights. It will be important for you to have an understanding with raising process and delivery risks to help proactively manage and mitigate for a better outcome. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and business requirements to help define ideal future state, form delivery plans, and transform Operations
