excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.Efficiently utilise and manage resources, structure and skills to successfully deliver projects.Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.Manage the performance of the project team to achieve targeted project outcomes.Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance.What you'll bring:A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.Prior experience with projects in the Western Australian mining sector in both greenfields and brownfields scenarios is advantageous.Proven experience in project controls including development of project/construction schedules and progress reports.Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management.Strong analytical skills (variations, proposals, business cases, financial analysis).Ability to commit to a FIFO roster.Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline or relevant trade qualification.Proof of right to work in Australia with no
