About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Planner to join our dynamic team in supporting the planning operations for our transformative projects in the Northern region.
The ideal candidate will have a career history and track record of being an Assistant Planner within a construction environment, with experience working on similar projects. They will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of strategic plans, collaborating closely with senior planners and other team members to ensure efficient workflow, accurate data analysis, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning operations for multi-sector projects, including high-rise residential, commercial developments, student accommodations, care homes, and retirement living schemes.
* Assist with the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate data analysis, and timely project delivery.
* Collaborate closely with senior planners and other team members to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Planner in a construction environment.
* Track record of project delivery and excellent planning and time management skills.
* Ability to think ahead and manage risk effectively.
