Business Partner Location: Geelong / Hybrid Division: People, Culture & Engagement Geelong based roleContract till mid-July 20253 days office attendance required with an option to work remotely 2 days a weekReports To: Senior Business Partner Job Purpose: The Business Partner works closely with People, Culture & Engagement Partners to support people-related initiatives.
This role involves managing people issues escalated from Shared Services, implementing employee lifecycle initiatives, and ensuring a standard, best practice approach within the Business Partnering branch.
Key Role Accountabilities: Support the Senior Business Partner in providing advice aligned with organizational goals.Assist with performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and change management.Lead the implementation of organizational change and manage redeployment cases.Coach managers in resolving employee issues and mediating conflicts.Contribute to people initiatives such as employee surveys and performance reviews.Support workforce planning and analyse staff-related statistics.Provide administrative support and maintain Business Partnering documentation.Key Selection Criteria: 3-6 years of generalist HR experience.Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.Excellent interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and resilience.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
