2. Utilize your budding expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
3. Handle customer orders with efficiency and precision, ensuring the accurate selection and ordering of parts.
4. Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product advancements, and technical information relevant to the parts you deal with.
6. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
7. Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You:
