An exciting opportunity has arisen with a multi-franchise dealership located in the southern suburbs of Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their well-established service department, which features a number of major brands!
This position will see you working with two other Service Managers and will be responsible for a selection of the group's franchises. This role will see you managing a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained and delivered, deligating and scheduling tasks and duties, coaching and team development, and ensuring company values and procedures are adhered to.
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager
* Experience with Era DMS highly regarded
* Experience assisting & leading a team
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong Organisational and time management skills
* Able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
* A reliable, punctual and hardworking disposition
