The position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated Service Technician based out of the Boggabri Region. Mechanically minded is preferred and our Training Department will train you in the rest!
At the completion of formal training and with continued on the job training, the role will be servicing customers throughout the Mining Industry. Working an even-time roster from our Boggabri/Gunnedah Branch and local mine sites, your responsibilities and duties will include:
High level and commitment to workplace health and safety.
Perform diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions or system failures.
Conduct regular maintenance on mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Collaborate with other service technicians or team members to complete repairs and installations.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers / end users regarding mobile equipment operation or troubleshooting.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards and customer service protocols at all times.
Coordinating, compiling, and submitting the necessary paperwork and other procedures.
Attending to client call outs.
About You:
Mechanical trade, service maintenance, air-conditioning experience, or similar industry related skills preferred however not essential.
Current and valid NSW Drivers licence.
Troubleshooting and diagnostics ability.
Fit and energetic personnel required with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work alone and as part of a dynamic team.
Being local or a DIDO is preferred, but not essential.
