You’ll be responsible for designing, operationalising, digitising, supporting, and evaluating Leadership Development initiatives that drive meaningful impact on leadership growth, talent management, team effectiveness, and organisational culture.

What You’ll Do
* Partner with Talent & Capability Teams, People teams, and business leaders to ensure leadership development initiatives are closely aligned with organisational priorities and challenges.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure initiatives meet organisational needs.
* Provide expert guidance and coaching on leadership development initiatives.
* Develop and deliver global initiatives focused on talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Partner with internal and external experts to design innovative content and tools.
* Continuously assess and enhance designs to ensure they are both resource-efficient and fiscally sustainable.
* Oversee the implementation of global Leadership Development programs, from needs analysis to delivery and measurement.
* Facilitate leadership and professional development programs/workshops across the organisation.
* Create change and communication strategies to engage stakeholders and embed initiatives within the organisation.
* Support projects by maintaining documentation, monitoring plans, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, including external providers.
* Cultivate relationships with Talent & People Partners to co-deliver initiatives and enhance their capabilities.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance and inform leadership development strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate innovative digital advancements into leadership initiatives.
What You’ll Have
* A strong understanding of the link between talent and leadership development initiatives and overall business success.
* Proven experience in contemporary leadership development practices, including assessments, talent identification, and coaching.
* Creative problem-solving abilities with the capacity to uncover insights and rethink processes.
* A flair for design.
* The skill to lead conversations and connect the ideas to outcomes.
* Experience in transforming teams and implementing new technologies.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills with senior stakeholders.
* A collaborative team player approach and willingness to adapt and pivot as needed.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in ambiguous situations.
* Progressive experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development and Talent Management.
