In this role you will:
• Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the Customer Care Business Group to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions.
• Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required
• Provide Tier 1 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system
• Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types
• Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflows
• Knowledge of architecting integration Solution between SFDC and External Systems
• Knowledge on Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.
• Proficiency in SFDC development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services
• Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and risk
• Deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• 4+ years of experience developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services
• Solid understanding of Salesforce, such as configuration, workflows, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement
• Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
