The RoleThe role is as the office junior: assisting the legal assistants, administrative support and at times solicitors in the Firm. The office junior role involves general office, clerical and outside duties and also reception tasks (from time to time). A "can do" attitude will see the right person being successful in this role. The role requires a friendly, outgoing, well-spoken, mature and responsible approach.This is an entry level position, perfect for someone who has just left high school, so no prior experience in the legal industry is necessary. The applicant must be computer literate; have sound literacy & numeracy skills; be able to touch type at a reasonable speed; have excellent attention to detail; good written English skills and a high level of comprehension.
