About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, in this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations and development of the Service and Retail teams, including scheduling, recruitment, inventory management, and handling escalations from both customers and team members. You’ll also oversee key processes like quoting, invoicing, and maintaining our clients’ standards across operations, all while actively contributing to their strategic initiatives and achieving targets for revenue, cost control, and profit.
Additionally, you’ll focus on building strong, trust-based relationships with customers by delivering expert support and exceptional service. Collaborating closely with upper management you’ll ensure seamless integration of our clients’ systems and maintain a high standard in representing their brand in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant experience in the pool or spa industry highly regarded
* Proven team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
* Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.
* A self-starter with a mature management approach and the capacity to work autonomously.
* Capable of making calculated decisions based on experience and data-driven insights.
