ZF Oceania covers Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.ZF Oceania is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, based in Melbourne, looking after National and Regional strategic customers.This is an environment where you can work both autonomously and as part of the wider team, bringing commercial and entrepreneurial thoughts to the table.The PositionThe Key Account Manager's responsibilities will include delivering sustainable sales growth with a customer-centric focus and forging strong relationships with our customer base in the aftermarket. Reporting to the Head of Passenger Car Aftermarket Oceania, you will support key market channels and ZF's activities and new business through interacting with key business partners. The role involves regular travel for attendance at customer trade shows, industry events, and workshop engagement.Skills and KnowledgeLeading business development activities and customer support in the Automotive industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of our customers' distribution channel through to the workshop.Demonstrate a strong level of commercial and financial acumen, negotiating commercial terms of engagement while maintaining business focus.Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer strategies are executed effectively.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in Account Management with proven sales experience.Experience working towards KPIs, including sales & market engagement.Our CultureYour passion and experience are integral to ZF's success.
