The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of a portfolio of projects within the Class B - Synchronous Condenser Program. This includes overseeing project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to drive seamless project execution. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment where project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field – Electrical Engineering preferred, Civil & Industrial also highly regarded.
* Extensive experience managing large capital infrastructure projects in the energy sector.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and contract management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
* The ability to identify and resolve project risks, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
