What's in It for you: Competitive Remuneration + Super Mon-Fri (Metro-based position – home every night) Permanent Full-time Loyalty Bonus Scheme – Get paid a bonus for continuing your employment with AES Employee Referral Bonus Multiple company benefits including - income protection insurance / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) / discounted private health insurance / salary sacrifice options & novated leases available Enjoy employee discounts with exclusive deals for groceries, entertainment, fuel vouchers, incredible savings on tech products and so much more - there are over 450 retailers offering amazing deals through our benefits platform Onsite parking In this role you will be responsible for: Quality Management & Compliance Support the General Manager and the Corporate Support team in implementing AES's Quality Management System Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry quality standards Develop, update and maintain policies, procedures and quality documentation Auditing & Continuous Improvement Plan, conduct and document internal quality audits Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with third-party requirements Identify, track and verify the completion of corrective and improvement actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices Vendor & Subcontractor Compliance Conduct vendor prequalification quality reviews Lead audits for high-risk subcontractors and suppliers as required Coordinate vendor evaluation processes to maintain compliance Document & Data Management Manage and oversee the Company Document Management System (CDMS) Oversee document control and archiving processes Maintain and update compliance registers and documentation Ensure data accuracy on the company's intranet (collaborating with Marketing) Training & Support Provide training and guidance on AES's Quality Management System Support operational and workshop teams with quality-related documentation and MDRs What we are looking for: Australian Drivers Licence Qualifications & Experience Auditor Qualification (e.g., Lead Auditor, Quality Auditor, Internal Auditor) ISO 9001 training (Introduction or Foundation Course) Document Control Qualification Proven experience in quality auditing, compliance and regulatory adherence Technical Skills Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance Experience with corrective and improvement action programs Proficiency in document control and record-keeping Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Industry experience in Mechanical Workshops and Civil/Mining sectors Desirable Skills Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with vendor evaluation and prequalification processes Strong understanding of company archiving processes About Us: AES Equipment Solutions (AES) is equipped with the latest technology to provide highly cost-effective services including manufacturing and earthmoving equipment repair and maintenance with rapid turnaround times.
