This role is ideal for experienced receptionists or administrators interested in transitioning to a reception position. The clinic offers specialized services to the Darwin community and values professionalism and patient care.
About your new role
As the dedicated Receptionist, you will be tasked with being the first point of contact for the office. Taking phone enquiries from the community, handling enquiries from walk-ins as well as general office management tasks.

4. Greet and assist customers with enquiries
5. Greet visitors and direct to meeting rooms
6. Create and manage digital and hard copy filing systems
7. Printing and photocopying of office documentation
8. Maintain up to date internal phone and email contact lists
