About The Opportunity As a Corporate Travel Account Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising travel programs, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Some of your responsibilities will include: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their unique travel needs & ensure high satisfaction Analysing client travel patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and improving program efficiency Negotiating and managing contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies on behalf of clients Provide performance reports, insights on travel spend, and recommend program improvements Targeting new business and overseeing the sales process, including pitches and presentations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of client travel programs Maintaining the CRM database with accurate client interactions and sales activities About You The successful candidate will have: A comprehensive understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel sector or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Tramada software (preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Please note that this is role is Sydney based and a working from home role, you must reside in Sydney or within a reasonable commute to apply.
