Responsibilities
1. PC issue troubleshooting (by hotline/remote in) and inquiry
2. Users mailbox issues troubleshooting
3. Physically setup and install new PC/laptop/monitor/desk phone for users
4. Install new PC software/company application/anti-virus for users
5. Install/replace PC hardware for users (e.g. graphic card, RAM card)
6. Install additional IT peripherals (e.g. printer/headset/webcam/docking)
7. Update PC’s operation system/software/anti-virus to latest version
8. User desk cable re-organization and tidy up
9. Work with client’s IT team for requested tasks
10. Mobile device and application basic installation and troubleshooting
Requirements
11. 2-3 years' experience in desk side support highly desirable; however entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
12. Exposure to Windows Active Directory environment
13. Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
14. Good communication skills
