You'll be reporting into the Head of Assessing and Repair, with the autonomy to apply your expert knowledge, strengthen our supplier relationships, and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.What you'll do:Desktop assess our customer's vehicles to ensure the best claims outcomesAudit claims to ensure that our customer's vehicle are repaired to the highest standardsReview third party demands to ensure that they are reasonableSupport the claims team by being an expert technical resourceManage your own workloadsWhat you'll need:A relevant trade qualificationExperience as a motor assessorA high level of computer literacyExcellent communication skillsA positive, customer focused, ethical mindsetThe desire to progress your careerWhat we'd like:Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss AssessingEvidence of continual professional developmentIndustry leading technical repair knowledgeOperational experience of using AudaNetExperience within the Australian marketExperience of completing quality control auditsExperience of leading teams (or the ambition to do so)Location:This is a national role based in Australia, offering flexibility to work remotely or from one of our office hub locations in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, or Melbourne.BenefitsIt's an exciting time to join our team and be part of a tech company going through a hyper-growth phase.
