This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.ResponsibilitiesWelcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activitiesActively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your parkDirect guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct proceduresEnsure high level of customer service is maintained at all timesContact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problemsAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar role / industryComputer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking softwarePassionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales abilityTeam player, strong attention to detail and well organised workerProviding an exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
