As a Case Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the safety, well-being, and positive, permanent outcomes for young people. You will bring empathy, organisational skills, and attuned relationship skills to work to ensure children and young people survive, heal, and thrive. You will draw on your experience, training, and knowledge of the child and family sector and your cultural competence to work alongside Aboriginal families, agencies, and communities. High-level communication and reflective practice are a must. What's needed?
