By supporting the Commercial Manager, Office Manager, and broader teams, this role contributes to effective office coordination, commercial administration, and the overall success of the organisation.Here's what a typical day might look like for you:Reception Duties - answering all incoming calls, organising courier deliveries, meet & greet visitorsOffice Coordination - manage office supplies, deliveries, maintaining office kitchen supplies, manage archiving and storage solutions, maintain seating plans, contact lists and project site lists, building access passes, assist with IT equipment setup, support the planning and execution of office events (morning teas, EOFY events, Christmas functions etc)Commercial Assistance - process senior management team expenses, maintain and archive commercial filing system, process purchase orders and invoices, including vendor setup, manage execution and filing of Head Contracts and Subcontracts with the Commercial Manager.In this role you will be encouraged to streamline systems and processes, implement efficiencies and identify cost saving measures ensuring the smooth running of the WA office!The new way forward, Built by youYour success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day.
