In this role, you will train students to design, implement, and evaluate leisure activities and health programs for ageing clients.You will support students from course enquiry to assessment, using diverse teaching and assessment strategies to meet varied learning needs. Additionally, you will develop resources, collaborate with industry partners, and contribute to course coordination and operational activities.If you are committed to delivering outstanding education and supporting student success, we encourage you to apply!ABOUT YOUExperience in teaching vocational and/or higher education, with expertise in developing and implementing training and assessment strategies to meet both student and course requirements, specifically in Leisure and Health.Recent experience working in a Leisure & Lifestyle position, preferably in a residential aged care setting.Current industry knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being delivered in Leisure and Health.Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with team members, promoting a supportive and inclusive work culture.A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, a Diploma of Leisure and Health, or an approved equivalent qualification at least to the level being delivered and assessed in Leisure and Health, or a related field.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
