About the role We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will meet couples and other clients wishing to celebrate an event with Nudo and support them to bring their vision to life by ensuring they choose the right package/option for them. Once you've closed the sale, the couple will move forward with our Planning team where their vision will become a reality! The Sales Executive role attracts an exciting commission worth up to 30% of their annual salary, based on individual and team outcomes.
Our Sales Executives work from Tuesday to Saturday each week, 10am - 6pm. They may be required to take client appointments outside of these hours from time to time (however will not be expected to work over-time, instead to manage their hours accordingly - we take work-life balance seriously at Nudo!). This role is very autonomous and will need to have skills in managing their own time and schedule - whilst still being a part of a legendary and supportive Sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Actively work towards achieving monthly individual and team sales targets, as well as KPIs associated with the role.Provide diligent follow up after clients' initial venue inspection to discuss their event.Provide clients with a customised proposal that includes all the details of their event.Book follow-up appointments to discuss the proposal, overcome objections and show strong sales skills, techniques, and strategies to close the sale.Grow our conversion rate over time through effective client journey management and targeted communication strategies.Update sales force and all internal systems with accurate and timely information from sales meetings.Host inspections at all Nudo venues when needed, e.g., for high-spend clients or when coverage is needed at the venue for any reason.Bring our value of 'Experience Before All Else' to life in hosting inspections at venues with clients, providing a positive first impression, building rapport and looking for ways to delight our clients.Skills and Experience: Previous experience in events or weddings (highly desired).Previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell to clients.Ability to problem solve for clients and internal team members.Strong listening skills and ability to understand the client's vision.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.This role is also very autonomous and requires someone who can manage their own time effectively.Must be available to work weekends and the occasional weekday night as required by the roster.Valid Victorian Driver's license and own a car.Why Work with Us: Encouraged work-life balance with flexibility around hours and options to work from home.Enjoy the birthday leave we offer and take a paid day off and pamper yourself!We have a social and wellness committee to keep our team engaged, valued, and celebrated.Take part in a monthly RDO program.Work at one of our venues in our studio-style office.Grow in your role as we grow.
