This role is immediately available so don't hesitate to get in touch today The Role Working for an organisation that promotes safety and supports vulnerable young people in the child protection space, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring staff, as well as developing strategies to maintain staffing pipelines. You will be screening, interviewing and onboarding successful candidates, liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, as well as providing essential HR services. Requirements Child protection related experience (either working in, or recruiter for). Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - although relevant Child Protection related qualifications (Diploma in Community Service, Bachelor of Social Work, etc) plus recruitment experience would be highly received. Previous recruitment and HR experience. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
