Senior Coordinator Performance EmergencyAn exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Coordinator - Performance Emergency, where you will provide business-focused performance advice and advanced data interpretation to support continual performance improvement, including the implementation of performance uplift initiatives as a key member of the Emergency Access and Flow service group at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.The SCHHS is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect, and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Lead the Department of Emergency Medicine performance team to comprehensively analyse SCHHS performance against KPIs and activity measures. Provide regular timely advice to the Emergency Department (ED) on factors that reduce performance and identify root causes of underperformance for resolution and rectification.Collaborate with clinical and business teams to contextualise performance issues and identify opportunities for improvement, in line with best practice methodology.Guide and develop processes to improve data quality within the Emergency Access and Flow service group to meet reporting requirements and improvement efforts.Work with ED and inpatient teams and the PACH and Access and Flow unit to analyse models of care, processes, identify constraints, and develop strategies to resolve blockages preventing effective patient flow.Remuneration value up to $148,323 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
