We are looking for a skilled, highly engaging communicator and facilitator with strong ability to break down complex problems and opportunities into achievable valuable solutions to drive operational excellence and enhance project delivery. Key responsibilities of the role: Support internal departments to achieve their operational objectives through the provision of user support and ICT infrastructure whilst ensuring timely resolution of issues. Analyse and optimise existing system infrastructure, processes and workflows, and implement changes to best support business needs. Coordinate and actively engage with stakeholders across various departments to ensure timely and effective delivery for system projects. Map and document system processes to generate system and user guides. Ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. Deploy workstations, servers, network switches, routers, firewalls, encryption and host security systems, printers, and peripherals. Assist with capacity planning, including the identification and evaluation of new technology and recommending solutions to meet business needs, including disaster recovery. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft CoPilot and Power BI integration.
