Change Manager - Digital (2 year contract)Job Description:Develop and implement effective change management strategies.Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.Working directly with the Digital Product and Program Teams and 3rd parties to deploy the program capturing the Associates’ hearts and minds for the changes, embed behavior shifts, and maximize the desired results of the initiatives.In partnership with the PN APAC CDIO and their team, provide insights to the program team to define their goals and expectations in leading through change.Run Change Management Kick-starter sessions for key initiatives in their Definition stage to assess their size, scale, and complexity.Develop, track/measure, and report on success metrics to monitor effective change progress.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree or significant experience in a related field (business, human resources, communications) - Prosci Certified (preferred).10 years professional experience working in a business environment with a minimum of 5 years at a mid-senior level, FMCG preferred.Experience in effectively managing and/or actively leading/participating in a deployment of a large, global cross-functional organizational change.Strong understanding and demonstrated application of Business Change Frameworks.Strong understanding and demonstrated application of change management methodologies (Prosci is preferred, other CM methodologies desirable), frameworks, and tools.What can you expect from Mars?Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Internal applicants: This role has been graded a T2 Assignment opportunity.
