If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic, impactful role, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and management of all quantity surveying activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. Communication with Clients, Management, Staff and Consultants. Manage client variations. Manage hours against project budgets. Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with Client requirements. Oversee and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Provide advice on contractual claims. Contribute to project execution and contracting strategies. Produce PEP's and facilitate project close-out meetings as required. Update the weekly Client cost and time report. Conduct final review of deliverables before client submission. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong experience working on either Mining Projects or Construction/Infrastructure Projects or Multi-million dollar commercial projects (Residential projects will not be considered) We are seeking a professional with outstanding English communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and confidently to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong Cost planning, and measurement skills In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and Industry Proficient in using Estimating Software is a must This role is open only to candidates with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
