Positive Wellness Recovery Centre (PWRC) is a prominent NDIS provider based in northern Melbourne. We offer comprehensive wellness services, including mental health support, NDIS services, holistic therapies like drumming and dancing, the Positive Academy, Mental Health First Aid, and NDIS Housing. Our mission is to empower individuals through personalized, compassionate care that promotes recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to senior management in areas such as staff management, financial planning, and facility operations.
* Oversee and manage the organisation’s administrative, financial, and staff resources to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
* Analyse resource management challenges, prepare reports, and offer strategic advice to improve organisational performance.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations.
* Lead, manage, and develop administrative staff, ensuring the timely delivery of services and information.
* Represent PWRC at negotiations, public forums, and seminars, while promoting existing and new programs.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in corporate services, business management, or operations, preferably in healthcare or the NDIS sector.
* Knowledge of NDIS regulations and HR practices in healthcare (highly preferred).
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
* A proactive, strategic mindset and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
