About the Role: As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of CSB as it scales. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll partner closely with the Product, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to enhance business efficiencies and create a scalable foundation for global success. Your focus will be on executing high-level strategy, overseeing business operations, and driving operational excellence across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Drive Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies, financial planning, and forecasting. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cash flow, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet growth goals. Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with CSB's goals. Lead the charge in implementing best practices for international growth, logistics, and customer engagement. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with executive teams across Product, Marketing, and Brand to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, building synergy between departments. Oversee all financial aspects, including month-end reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic investment decisions. About You: You have a proven track record in business operations, ideally within a high-growth, e-commerce, or apparel company, where you've implemented scalable, sustainable systems. You bring strong expertise in managing D2C digital platforms, logistics, and the intricacies of customer engagement on an international scale. You thrive in a detail-oriented, rigorous environment and have experience in operational leadership within smaller, rapidly scaling businesses.
