Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) and covers all aspects of accounts payable & receivable on a day to day basis.In this role you will be responsible for the following: Accounts payable and receivableSupplier managementCreditor statement reconciliationsBank and credit card reconciliationData entryStreamline and maintain accounting systemsGeneral financial and office administrative tasksTo be successful in this role, you will need the following: Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience or experience working in a similar roleXero accounting software experience is essentialCompetent computer skills and confident using Microsoft programs such as Office and ExcelExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMeticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills If position sounds like the right role for you, we want to hear from you!
