About the role
* This opening is for a Customer Service / Admin Officer to join our team in Mt Isa
* This is a Full Time Permanent Position
* Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required
* Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment
* Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items
* Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
* Utilise CRMs and tracking systems systems in order to track customer freight and resolve queries
* Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express
* Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
* Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
* Liaise frequently with on site staff and proactively build relationships with key operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests
