CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator for an exciting FIFO opportunity with our mining client in WA.
This position is based on a 2:1 roster, offering $65 per hour plus a meal allowance, with flights and accommodation included.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate grader machinery to perform grading, levelling, cutting, and compacting tasks accurately.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on grader equipment.
* Utilise GPS technology for precise grading as needed.
* Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project requirements.
* Maintain records of daily activities, including grading tasks, equipment checks, and maintenance.
* Report significant mechanical or operational issues to supervisors.
* Assist in site preparation and end-of-day clean-up to maintain a safe and organised workspace.
Requirements:
* Valid Grader Ticket and White Card
* RIO Inducted
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
* GPS experience (desired)
* Availability to work 10-12 hour days on a 2:1 roster
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
