Reporting to the Service Manager - Service & Technology, you’ll oversee scheduling and task management to ensure our customers receive excellent service throughout the equipment lifecycle.What you’ll be doing:Responding promptly to customer service inquiries via phone or web.Verifying customer contract entitlement and logging service calls, dispatching the next available engineer.Monitoring service dashboards for timely case resolution and escalating issues as necessary.Maintaining the NetSuite service scheduler daily.Communicating changes in response times or ETAs effectively to customers.Preparing customer quotations and converting them into sales orders for invoicing.Providing regular monthly reports on the progress of preventative maintenance tasks.Issuing compliance letters to customers upon request.About the Role:We need someone proactive and organized, with a strong customer service background and a passion for supporting healthcare:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using platforms like Simpro, NetSuite, and SAP Metamiser.Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on excellent customer service.Solid administrative capabilities and experience in database management.2-3 years of experience in a similar service-oriented role.Experience in planning and scheduling field service engineers.Ability to prioritize and manage urgent requests for efficient service delivery.About you:Customer-centric with a meticulous and organized approach to tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.Eager to support the team and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.What’s in it for you?Join Paragon Care's Service and Technology division in a dynamic role with new challenges and growth opportunities every day.
