To achieve this, the SCL would develop the Technology capability team, foster alignment with internal collaborators & drive operational excellence, whilst supporting best-in-class customer engagement assuring retention and expansion of the Oracle customer base. Career Level - M2 Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Working towards the strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the team, quality of consulting delivery, & maintaining customer satisfaction and advocacy - Be a hands-on mentor with high levels of energy, passion, creativity & enthusiasm - Ensure solution delight & adoption for our customers - Drive pre-sales and bookings growth for the practice, working with sales teams - Lead staffing & capacity planning to ensure the right capacity & capability and utilization, developing product, industry & soft skills across your team, coach, handle & develop your team - Ensure Solution Governance for projects where your solution pillars are being implemented - Empower & develop a team of highly skilled Consulting professionals to be highly proficient, fully certified in the appropriate Oracle Applications/Technology stack, driving high performance & individual career growth - Drive employee delight to attract & retain a committed team - Maintain a personal billable utilization - Run IP harvesting & reuse across projects for your solution pillar - Measure & assess group goals & performance against specific outcomes - Advise & ensure the implementation of operational policies within the team - Establish strong, enduring & collaborative relationships with Customers & other Oracle LOB's - Build customer & partner relationships to ensure excellence in service delivery & solution delight - Anticipate opportunities for improvement, and/or handle escalations for solution & capability issues to achieve positive outcomes and influence policy/practice to streamline engagements - Contribute to the strategic direction of the OC ANZ Applications & Technology Practice Knowledge & Experience: - Proven experience (10 years) relevant to the position, including 3 years of Consulting management experience - Direct line management experience including project, people & customer - Senior-level Customer facing skills to represent Oracle & drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, & risk mitigation - Able to articulate solutions with respect to the business requirements of the customer - Experience in establishing & effectively leading a delivery team including management of key consulting KPI's - Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills - Ability to work within a dynamic & complex environment - Able to network & develop strong business relationships Mandatory Skills: - Expertise in at least two of the Solution Pillars (Oracle technologies) you are responsible for including - Digital Experience (Visual Builder Cloud VBCS, Applications Express APEX, Mobile development, Cloud Native etc.) - CX Tech (Responsys, Eloqua, Infinity, Unity etc.) - Analytics (Oracle Analytics Cloud OAC, Fusion Analytics Warehouse FAW etc.) - Reporting (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence OTBI, Business Intelligence Publisher BIP) - OCI AI/ML (Digital Assistant, Language, Speed, Vision, Document Understanding, Anomaly, Forecasting, Cohere) - Expert Knowledge of one of the domains above is essential, & reasonable knowledge across others preferred. - Experience on PaaS architecture & design, implementation & continuous improvement Life at Oracle and Equal Opportunity An Oracle career can span industries, roles, Countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to thrive in new roles and innovate, while blending work life in.
