Role Overview
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role managing recruitment activities for Bank Australia.
Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture Operations, you'll be based at our state-of-the-art Head Office in Collingwood.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure effective coordination of recruitment, selection, and internal transfer processes to efficiently fill vacancies and meet both current and future organisation requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
* Support Business Partners in facilitating candidates.
* Assist the Head of People & Culture Operations develop and implement relevant Bank Australia policies and processes.
* Support the Head of People & Culture Operations with People and Culture projects as required.
Requirements
* Experience and sound knowledge of people and culture practices.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines, or equivalent business experience.
* Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral, and interpersonal.
* Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.
