As a State Coordinator, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of training programs across South Australia. You will work closely with employment service providers, schools, and the general public to meet strategic goals and achieve KPIs. You'll also ensure smooth program delivery by managing sessional trainers, handling logistics, and fostering industry partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the coordination and delivery of training programs from start to finish. Managing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong industry partnerships to enhance program success. Supporting sessional trainers to deliver high-quality training. Organising promotional events, expos, and working with stakeholders to showcase our programs. Ensuring the setup, transport, and use of training equipment (lifting up to 20kg). Reporting regularly to the National Manager – Training U For Work. About You! We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and leadership skills. Here's what we need: Understanding of accredited training, including units of competency and assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High-level problem-solving and time management abilities. Ability to safely lift and transport training materials up to 20kg. Willingness to travel, including interstate. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or willingness to obtain). Leadership or coaching experience. Experience in the Recruitment, Employment Services, or VET Sector.
