This role is pivotal in providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. What you can expect to do: Assist sales representatives by handling customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and resolving issues promptly.Key orders into our system with precision and attention to detail.Complete data entry and complete quotes on behalf of our Reps and liaise with our clients as an extra point of contactContact customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and address any concerns professionally.Follow up on quotations provided to potential customers by our sales team.Actively pursue leads generated through marketing efforts and other channels to convert them into qualified opportunities. The Candidate Ideally, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes.
