About The Role – Restaurant Manager
* Diploma or higher in hospitality required
* At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
* Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
The successful candidate will plan menus with chefs, organize special functions, maintain financial records, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise staff, and manage purchasing within guidelines.
A high level of customer satisfaction is expected in this role.
About The Role – Cook/Chef
* Cook position: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential) and at least 1-3 years of experience
* Chef position: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (essential) and at least 1-3 years of experience
The ideal candidate will possess high cooking standards, excellent communication and teamwork skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knife skills and ability to maintain service standards
* Current HACCP and relevant Food Safety accreditation
