SMAART Recruitment is partnering with one of South Australia's leading document solutions companies. They provide print and digital document solutions to SMEs, government, and enterprise businesses across South Australia.
Due to strong growth in 2023, they're are hiring to keep up with demand in 2024 and beyond and they're seeking a candidates who are eager to grow their sales experience and build a career. This role will work alongside their GM so you'll have the opportunity to learn and be mentored by an expert.
As a Sales Rep, your role will be to:
* Contact leads and follow-up inquiries from existing clients and new enquiries for both sales and service.
* Understand customers' needs, problem solve, present solutions and identifying ways to increase customer advocacy.
* Grow your existing portfolio of customers in your geographical "patch" as well as maintain and service a very healthy existing database.

Full training will be provided, covering everything you need to know about the product and sales in general. This will give you a solid foundation to kick-start your career in Sales and Account Management or indeed continue on and learn a new industry!
About the Role:
* Monday - Friday business hours
* Regency Park location (a bit of work from home after training)
* Base salary of $60,000 + Super (depending on experience)
* Realistic OTE of $100,000 in your first year
