This role supports two Associates and as such you'll feel confident in handling a large volume of files as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Some of your responsibilities will include: taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate word processing of basic correspondence and documents arranging and making diary appointments arranging opening and closing of files assisting with the preparation of Court documents general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail etc. Skills and experience we'd love... Our client is ideally seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do.
