Reporting into the Founder and CEO, you will be afforded with full autonomy and play a critical role as the identifier, driver and influencer of the continued success of the business. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all operations within the facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing resources to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management: Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyse and improve supply chain processes, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency, and reliability. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of production staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within manufacturing and logistics operations. Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and operational improvements. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards within the logistics and manufacturing operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. Proven experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
