Allnex is seeking a skilled and professional QC Lab Technician to join our team in Wacol! In this role, you will support the testing and analysis of products manufactured at the site, as well as raw materials received for production, ensure materials meet the requirements of internal and external customers and support manufacturing processes across the site, and contribute to the quality programme at Wacol.

Responsibilities
Ensure all tasks are performed with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks. Perform required testing and analysis of products manufactured across all site plants. Ensure all testing equipment within the laboratory is functional and fit for use when testing products or raw materials. Maintain adequate supplies of reagents in compliance with current testing methods. Perform investigations and testing of complaint products using established laboratory methods. Provide adjustment advice based on testing results to ensure products meet customer specifications before release. Record and manage test results within the ERP system used in the laboratory. Participate in root cause analysis investigations of non-conforming products. Maintain a repository of site-retain products for use in complaint and non-conformance investigations. Review and revise testing methods and procedures to ensure compliance with site document control requirements. Required skills and experience
5–10 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with SAP, particularly within the Quality Management (QM) module. Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and requirements. Experience in internal auditing and conducting root cause analysis. Qualifications
