Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Autocare is one of Australia's market leaders in Finished Vehicle Logistics and Related Services, specialising in the delivery of flexible and diversified solutions in the processing, storage and transportation of motor vehicles on behalf of our customers.We are built on over 50 years' experience as industry specialists, and exceptional service is the cornerstone of our business.The Opportunity Reporting to the Processing Operations Manager, this role is accountable for ensuring the supervision of all yard activities, wharf clearance, surveying, wash, storage, preservation, processing build and rectification are conducted according to client SOPs, customer/volume KPIs and quality requirements.This role will ensure the build team are meeting productivity targets and that all vehicles are received, stored and dispatched to customers according to Autocare and customer specifications.Responsibilities include: Ensure adequate employee resources are allocated to meet workloads & KPI targets for the prescribed processing.Plan and assign labour to the operational areas and duties for all teams under direct control including yard movements, preservation, processing and build requirements, ensuring clear plans are available.Maximise labour efficiencies and minimise labour costs by monitoring and controlling overtime payments & use of casuals/contractors.Implement and ensure compliance with company Quality & Safety policies/procedures, including relevant Australian Standards, OHS Acts & Regulations and Codes whilst achieving all set targets.Ensure that people are managed effectively and receive appropriate training & development to meet current and future needs of the business & its processing operation.Ensure Autocare satisfies all customer standard and quality requirements regarding all operational functions.
