Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for risk identification and stakeholder coordination? Join one of Australia’s most respected health research organisations on a mission to improve lives and empower communities. We’re looking for a Contract Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join the IT department on a 6-month contract. This is more than just a compliance role—it's your chance to contribute to groundbreaking health initiatives while navigating the intersection of technology, contracts, and governance. What You’ll Be Doing: Review existing vendor and service contracts across the IT department. Identify potential legal, commercial, and operational risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (managers and department heads) to validate and contextualise risk findings. Coordinate with the Legal team to finalise contract reviews and manage any necessary amendments. Act as the central point of contact for all IT contract compliance matters during the project duration. Ensure a smooth, end-to-end review process that balances risk mitigation with business continuity. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in contract review, vendor management, risk, or compliance—especially within IT or tech environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you’re a natural bridge-builder. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset—you can see both the fine print and the big picture. Previous exposure to legal or procurement processes (legal qualifications not required, but helpful). Ability to thrive in a dynamic, values-driven organisation. Why Join? This organisation is at the forefront of transformative health research that touches lives across the country. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate, collaborative, and deeply invested in making a difference. If you want your next contract to have purpose and impact—this is it.
