The Head of Sales is seeking a close relationship with the EA, planning to meet regularly to check in on progress and agree on priorities.What you'll get to doProactive management of inbox - screening and bringing attention to emails awaiting response or requiring a follow-up to ensure timelines are met.Coordination of internal & external meetings – ensuring communications are upheld in a professional manner, dealing with a range of internal and external meetings efficiently ensuring Head of Sales is briefed sufficiently on the meeting purpose and outcomes.Extensive and proactive calendar management - gatekeeping numerous daily requests to maximize productivity.Driving operating rhythm – driving employee engagement, special projects, and strategic initiatives to achieve the goals of the ANZ business.Coordinating extensive travel requirements – producing a complete travel package including flights, hotels, events, detailed itineraries, and briefing documents for both domestic and international travel.Meeting management - preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking notes, and circulating minutes with the ability to track and follow up on action items for a timely resolution.Communications support - writing, preparing, and formatting email communications and presentations for internal and external use.
