**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time role based on site at Newman, WA.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Project Managers, our in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Trades staff to deliver projects from concept to handover in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality and adherence to company policy, customer expectations, and project specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the delivery of projects from concept to handover in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Collaborate with Project Managers, our in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Trades staff to achieve project objectives.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policy, customer expectations, and project specifications.
Develop and implement effective plans to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
**Requirements**
Extensive experience in a similar construction management role, preferably in the water industry.
Solid knowledge of the construction industry.
Hold a Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
Diploma in Project or Construction Management.
Senior First Aid Certificate and White Card – General Construction Industry Training Card.
Ability to effectively lead and manage teams of people.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong safety and quality focus.
Ability to influence others and make sound decisions.
