BGIS is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Services Operator to join our team in Adelaide. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service. As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients and field teams through a range of service requests and queries.
Shift Options:
1. Night Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts
2. Day Shift Rotation: 16 weekend shifts and 10 evening shifts per month
Key Responsibilities
3. Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
4. Log and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
5. Communicate with field staff, contractors, and other departments as necessary
6. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude to enhance the customer experience
7. Accurately document and report any issues or patterns in service requests

8. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
10. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
11. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
