Job Description - This is customer facing role (remote). It requires deep DBA and Exadata knowledge to analyze and coordinate the resolution of customer impacting issues. It involves cooperation with Oracle Product Support and internal OCI Cloud teams, typically via Zoom. - Majority of customers are in Latin America (i.e. Brazil) and thus Good level of spoken and written Spanish or Portuguese on top of very good English is a must. - Working Hours will either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. - Specifically following shift timings will be followed to cover the Latin America market: - A: Sun-Thu 08:00am-04:30pm AEST B: Sun-Thu 11:00am-07:30pm AEST C: Tue-Sat 08:00am-04:30pm AEST D: Tue-Sat 11:00am-07:30pm AEST Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities You will be required to ensure that client's business impacting issues are properly handled and resolved at the shortest possible time.
