About the Role As an intern in Commercial Property Finance, you'll gain valuable experience in supporting our Relationship Managers and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Gaining experience in supporting a diversified portfolio in Commercial Property Finance.
Assisting with credit submissions, deal structuring, and financial analysis.
Conducting property finance deal analysis and supporting regular portfolio reviews.
Identifying potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests.
Managing internal and external communications through phone and emails.
What You'll Learn and Develop This internship is designed to help you: Build foundational knowledge of commercial business banking and property finance.
Develop strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
Understand and apply the principles of risk management.
Grow your confidence and ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
Gain exposure to large and complex transactions and a variety of banking products.
Eligibility Criteria To be successful in this internship, you'll need to: Be a current university student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
Have a strong interest in the financial services industry and a desire to learn.
Be committed to working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Be open to feedback and eager to develop new skills.
Have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
